In order to book an appointment online, you will need to add a credit card to your file. Please keep in mind that your card will not be charged at this time. You will be able to choose a final payment method after you attend your appointment.​

HealthOne has a cancellation and rescheduling policy for all of our patients. We require 24-48 hours’ notice for any cancellations or rescheduling requests. If you miss, cancel, or reschedule an appointment within the 48-hour time frame you will be charged at the following rate 50% of the treatment price for Mental Health services. Within the 24 hour time frame if you cancel or “no show” you will be charged 100% of the treatment price. A Meet & Greet is the first step towards finding the right member of our team for you and your unique needs. It can be done virtually or on-site. During this brief session, you will meet the clinician and learn about their personal style and approach. You can also ask any questions you have to help you decide if you would like to book an appointment with them.

Renee is a Registered Social Worker who works with adults, children, and families. She supports patients who are struggling with depression, anxiety, trauma, PTSD, relationships, emotional regulations, life stressors, and burnout. Renee incorporates Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Dialectical Behavioural Therapy, and intersectional frameworks in her therapy approach while considering the unique circumstances of each patient. Previously, she worked as a Mental Health and Wellness Counsellor at TriOS College. She graduated from Toronto Metropolitan University with a Bachelor of Social Work degree and is certified in CBT & DBT. He earned his Masters of Social Work degree in Mental Health and Health stream from the University of Toronto after earning a Bachelor of Social Work from Toronto Metropolitan University. Richard has over 10 years of experience in community and clinical settings. His areas of expertise are 2LGBTQ+ sexuality and gender identity formation, coming out and negative experiences with culture and community, body image, sexual health, substance use and abuse, and non-monogamous or polyamorous relationships.
